i support women on their journey to birthing and sharing their untold stories.

aloha e

i am brynne, a somatic doula passionate about supporting women on their journey to birthing and sharing their untold stories. through therapeutic somatic modalities i work intuitively, helping women discover the innate wisdom within their bodies and use it as a guide on their path toward an embodied, feminine way of being.

when a woman is truly held and heard, the body remembers how to heal. from this place of safety and presence, the deeper truths within you begin to emerge. like a doula supporting birth, I hold space as the stories you’ve carried quietly inside begin to take form—guiding you toward a life and business shaped by your voice, your wisdom, and your soul’s purpose.

working with me you will truly feel

held

grounded like an earth mama, you will feel free to fall into all your feelings—physical and mental – knowing my foundation is solid and unwavering

heard

share vulnerably all that you need and desire, body and mind, within a sacred and safe container, free from judgment.

healed

when you are truly held and heard, you can trust the intrapersonal process, emerging as a whole and healed human being.

about brynne

experience & training

the foundation that shapes my work

for over two decades i have guided women, mothers, and communities through practices of mindfulness, embodiment, and transformational life transitions.

i was the founder of yoga ed., a mindfulness-in-education platform later acquired by breathe for change, bringing yoga and social-emotional learning into schools and educator training programs.

my professional training includes:

e-ryt 500 registered yoga teacher (pregnancy & children’s yoga certified)
pre- and postpartum doula
trauma-informed movement facilitator
embodied counselor
liberation through movement facilitator

my academic background includes a ba in international relations & cultural anthropology and a master’s in educational foundations from university of hawaiʻi at mānoa, where my graduate work focused on mindfulness in education.

alongside this work, i am also the founder of le cruz café, a mobile mindfulness café and creative project born from the same philosophy that guides my practice: living and creating from an embodied place of presence, rhythm, and nature-aligned purpose.

together these experiences shape the way i hold space today—blending somatic practice, mindfulness, and intuitive guidance to support women in reconnecting with the wisdom of their bodies.

i am a mother of four—three earthside and one with wings. motherhood has been one of my greatest teachers, inviting me again and again into the tender work of listening, surrendering, and trusting the deeper intelligence of the body.

throughout my life i have felt called to the spaces where women are becoming—pregnancy, postpartum, life transitions, creative thresholds, and the quiet moments when a woman begins to hear the truth of her own voice. these are sacred crossings, and i feel deeply honored to walk beside women as they move through them.

i live with my family in the small coastal community of kaʻaʻawa on the island of oʻahu, where the rhythms of the mountains and ocean remind me daily that life unfolds in seasons, not schedules. living close to the land and the cycles of nature shapes the way i hold space in my work.

at the heart of it all, i believe every woman carries stories, wisdom, and creative expression waiting to be birthed into the world. my role is simply to hold a steady and compassionate container where those untold stories can emerge—guiding women toward lives and businesses that feel deeply aligned with their soul’s purpose.
